Guy founded THINK and leads the print and brand side of the business. What started as a print operation in 2017 has grown into a single-source partner that surveys, designs, produces and installs branded environments at scale. Guy has kept one principle throughout: say what you'll do, then do it. He stays close to the clients and the work, and he sets the standard the rest of the team delivers to.

Karl leads THINK's audio visual side. He and his team design, integrate and commission the meeting rooms, video conferencing and control systems that clients rely on from day one. Karl is hands-on from the first site survey to final handover. It's why AV projects here land working, not just installed.

Luke has a strong track record of turning strategy into execution. His skills at coordinating cross-functional teams, optimising processes, and delivering projects on time and within scope drive success at THINK. He always brings a hands-on, solutions-focused approach to operational challenges for any project.

Jordan oversees the day-to-day operations of our AV division, keeping quality and service consistent across every project. He works closely with clients at every stage of delivery, so projects land on time, on scope and to a high standard, with the client relationship looked after the whole way through.
