how we deliver
The "PM" in THINK PM.
Anyone can supply a product. THINK manages the whole project. Which is why a hundred-site rollout lands as cleanly as a single room.

why a managed model matters
Most projects don't fail on site. They fail between suppliers.
The print is fine. The AV is fine. But the screen arrives before the wall is ready, the installer hasn't seen the survey, and suddenly you're the project manager. A managed model closes those gaps. One team owns the plan, the production and the install, so the handovers happen inside our walls instead of on your timeline.
the THINK delivery model
Survey to sign-off, one team.
Six steps, every project, whatever the capability. It's the same model whether we're fitting one boardroom or rebranding an estate.
- 01
Discover & survey
We start by understanding the brief, then document every site and space it touches. Measured, photographed, on record.
- 02
Design & specify
Production-ready design and a clear scope, agreed before anything is made. No surprises hiding in the spec.
- 03
Programme & schedule
One plan, one timeline, one contact. Crews, access and logistics planned around how your business actually runs.
- 04
Produce & fabricate
Made in-house to a single standard and checked before it leaves the building.
- 05
Install
Our own crews on site, coordinated with your IT, electrical and facilities teams.
- 06
Measure & report
Sign-off and records for every location, and any snags closed out fast.
what that means for you
Why a managed partner changes everything.
The model isn't for our benefit. It's what you feel on your side of the table.
- 01
One contact
A project manager who knows the whole job, not a different voice for every trade.
- 02
One timeline
Print, AV, signage and install sequenced on a single programme, so trades don't queue behind each other.
- 03
One standard
Production in-house and our own crews on site. Site one and site one hundred get the same finish.
- 04
One conversation when things change
And they do change. You make one call, we re-plan the programme, and you see the impact before it costs anything.

FAQ
How the model works, answered straight
Who do we deal with day to day?
One project manager, named at kick-off. They own the job from first survey to final sign-off, whether it's a single meeting room or a hundred sites. You'll never be passed between departments to find out what's happening.
What happens when something slips?
You hear it from us before you have to ask. We flag the issue, the fix and any impact on time or cost, then re-plan the programme around it. Most problems are caught at survey stage, before production starts. That's the cheap place to find them.
Do you work with our existing suppliers and teams?
Yes, all the time. Fit-out contractors, landlords, your IT and electrical teams. We coordinate with them rather than around them, and slot everyone into one timeline. You shouldn't have to referee your own suppliers.
How do you price?
From a real survey, not a guess. We break the cost into survey, design, production and install so you can see exactly where the money goes. No padding to cover unknowns. If the scope changes mid-project, you see the change before it's spent.
Do you subcontract the work?
No. Production happens in-house and our own crews do the installs, run from our hubs in Dublin, Newry and London. When you ask who's on site tomorrow, we can tell you their names.
Bring us the complicated one.
The multi-site job, the tight deadline, the project with five trades in it. Tell us what you're up against and we'll tell you how we'd land it.
