a channel you own

Your message on every screen, in seconds.

Print is fixed the moment it leaves the press. A screen never is. Digital signage is a channel you own outright: no media buy, no reprint, no waiting. Update a price, push a promotion or schedule a whole campaign across every site from one dashboard. One person, one morning, the entire estate.

how to judge a network

What separates a network that works from screens that go stale.

Plenty of signage networks launch well and die quietly. Screens showing last season's offer, or nothing at all. The same four things decide which way yours goes. Ask any supplier about them, including us.

  • 01

    You own the content

If every change goes through a supplier's studio at a day rate, the screens will stop changing. Templates and training put updates in your hands.

  • 02

    One central CMS

USB sticks and screens updated one by one don't survive contact with a busy estate. A proper CMS schedules, targets and proves what played where.

  • 03

    Commercial-grade panels

Signage runs 12 hours a day or more, often in direct sun. Commercial displays are built and warranted for that. Consumer TVs aren't.

  • 04

    A plan for week 40

Every network has a screen fail eventually. The question is who notices, who fixes it and how fast. Get that answer in writing.

where signage earns its keep

Four jobs a screen does better than print.

  • Digital menu boards QSR & Hospitality Digital menu boards Menus that switch from breakfast to lunch on their own. Prices update centrally, promotions land everywhere at once, and sold-out items disappear in seconds.
  • Window displays Retail Window displays High-brightness screens that stay legible in full daylight and keep selling after the shutters come down. A new campaign goes live in every window without a van or a print run.
  • Wayfinding & welcome screens Workplace & Public Wayfinding & welcome screens Directories, room signage and welcome messages that are never out of date. Greet a visitor by name in the morning, point delegates to the right floor by lunch.
  • In-store video walls Flagship & Experiential In-store video walls A focal point that stops people mid-aisle. Brand film, live content and campaign launches on a wall that feels part of the architecture, not stuck on it.

why think

One team for the screens, the install and what plays on them.

Most signage projects split four ways: a hardware reseller, an installer, a CMS vendor and whoever ends up doing content. THINK does all of it. We specify across every major display brand rather than pushing the one we stock. Our own crews mount, cable and make good. We build the templates, train your team and manage the rollout site by site. And because we run print too, a campaign moves from printed POS to screen as one programme, not two briefs.

how a network gets delivered

From survey to support, six steps.

  1. 01

    Survey & audit

We walk the sites, check sightlines, power and data, and audit anything already on the walls.

  2. 02

    Specify screens & CMS

Panels, mounts, players and software chosen for the job, specified across every major brand.

  3. 03

    Content & templates

Layouts and templates built so a day-to-day update takes minutes, not a design brief.

  4. 04

    Install across the estate

Our own crews fit, cable and make good, site by site, around your trading hours.

  5. 05

    Commission & train

Every screen tested and live, and your team trained on the dashboard before we leave.

  6. 06

    Support & refresh

Monitoring, fixes and content refreshes that keep the network earning its place on the wall.

FAQ

Digital signage questions

What does a digital signage network cost to run?

Three things: the hardware (a one-off), a CMS licence per screen, and whoever looks after content and support. Commercial panels are built to last years, so the real ongoing cost is usually the content nobody budgeted for. We price all of it up front, hardware to year-five support, so there are no surprises in the spreadsheet.

Who updates the content?

You can, from one dashboard. We build templates around your brand and train your team, so changing a price or scheduling a promotion takes minutes, not a design brief. If you'd rather not touch it, we manage content for you as part of an ongoing programme. Either way, you're never waiting a week on a supplier to change a screen.

What happens when a screen fails?

On a managed THINK network, monitoring usually flags a dead screen before anyone on site does. We diagnose remotely where we can and send an engineer where we can't, with repair or swap-out handled under the support agreement. Ask any supplier this question before you sign. A network is only as good as week 40.

Can't we just use consumer TVs?

You can, and plenty do, and it's the most expensive saving in signage. Consumer TVs are built for a few hours of varied viewing a day, not 12+ hours of bright static content. Commercial displays are brighter, rated and warranted for continuous use, and built to be managed remotely. A TV that dies in month 14 costs more than the panel you saved on.

Can it integrate with our menus, POS or live data?

Yes. The CMS platforms we specify pull from price files, POS systems, calendars and live feeds. Change a price in the system you already use and the screens follow. That's the difference between signage that runs the business's numbers and screens someone has to remember to update.

How long does a multi-site rollout take?

A single site can be live within days of sign-off. An estate is a phased programme: we pilot one or two sites, fix what the pilot teaches us, then roll out at a pace your stores can absorb, working around trading hours. We rolled digital menu panels out across 130+ Starbucks cafés this way. We'll give you a dated plan before anything is ordered.

Putting your message on screen?

Tell us the sites, the screens you have in mind and what they need to do. We'll come back with a straight spec, a price and a dated plan.
