Can you standardise rooms across more than one office?
Yes, that's our bread and butter. We standardised Microsoft Teams Rooms for Fenergo across seven offices and four time zones, so a room in Sydney works exactly like a room in Dublin. One spec, one standard, one team accountable for all of it.
Do we need separate suppliers for AV, signage and graphics?
No. THINK delivers all of it as one programme with one project manager. The rooms, the screens and the graphics land on the same timeline, and when something changes mid-fit-out you make one call.
How disruptive is the install for a working office?
Less than you'd expect. Containment, power, network and access are agreed with your IT and electrical teams before anyone arrives, and we plan the work around your working day. Most rooms are delivered without anyone losing a day of meetings.
How early should we involve you in a fit-out?
As early as you can. Bring us in at design stage and the cabling, containment and power land in the right places first time. Bring us in after the walls are closed and it costs more to do less. Even a short call before drawings are signed off saves money later.
Who supports everything after handover?
We do. Every project ends with documentation, training for the people who'll run the rooms, and a support arrangement that suits how you work. When something needs attention, you talk to the team that built it, not a queue that's never seen it.
