Toast engaged THINK Group to overhaul and standardise its meeting room technology across its Dublin and London offices. The project combined dedicated Zoom Rooms with large-format presentation displays, ceiling-mounted conferencing audio and integrated room control.

Sony BRAVIA BZ40P displays.
Meeting rooms were equipped with Sony BRAVIA BZ40P professional displays and Logitech Rally Bar systems configured for Zoom Rooms. The Sony BZ40P series combines 4K HDR resolution with 700-nit brightness and Deep Black Non-Glare Premium technology, helping maintain presentation visibility in brightly lit offices. Designed for 24/7 operation, the series also offers Pro Mode settings for consistent configuration and control of display functions.

Logitech Rally Bar.
Logitech Rally Bar integrates a 4K-capable motorised PTZ camera with 5× optical zoom, six beamforming microphones and dual speakers. Acoustic echo cancellation and AI-based noise suppression support clear conferencing audio, while RightSight provides intelligent participant framing. These capabilities underpin the standardised Zoom Rooms setup. In-call video resolution depends on the conferencing platform.
divisible training & town hall spaces
Philips 165-inch LED walls.
The larger spaces incorporated Philips 165-inch direct-view LED walls, supported by Biamp Parlé TCM-X ceiling microphones, Desono C-IC6 ceiling loudspeakers and Impera room control systems. The Parlé TCM-X uses Biamp Beamtracking technology, with four 90-degree tracking zones providing 360-degree coverage around each microphone. Its low-profile ceiling design keeps tables clear while dynamically tracking participants as they speak. The TCM-X platform uses AVB networked audio for integration with Biamp Tesira systems.
audio & room control
Desono loudspeakers, Impera control.
Desono C-IC6 loudspeakers provide distributed audio from a two-way passive coaxial design, pairing a 6.5-inch low-frequency driver with a 1-inch soft-dome tweeter. Optimised for speech reproduction, their nominal 130-degree conical coverage supports broad sound distribution across seating areas. Biamp Impera systems provide the room control platform. The family supports LAN, RS-232, infrared and GPIO device control, with configuration through Biamp Project Designer software, allowing compatible AV equipment to be brought together through a consistent user interface.

Together, these installations created first-class divisible spaces for training, presentations and town hall events, alongside a consistent meeting room setup across both offices.
