How it works
Three minutes here saves a week of back and forth.
Most AV enquiries start with 'we need a screen in the boardroom' and end three emails later with the questions we should have asked first. This asks them up front.

Size, platform, screens, the extras. Upload a floor plan or a couple of photos and we'll read the dimensions, the seat count and what's already on the walls.

Common questions
Is this a quote?
No. It's a shortlist and a starting point. A real quote needs a look at the room, the network and the ceiling, and that's a conversation, not a form. What you get back from us is a recommendation with a price range you can take to a budget holder.
What happens to the floor plan I upload?
It's read and dropped. We don't store the file anywhere. Only the file name and size travel on with your enquiry, so we know a plan exists and can ask you for it if we need it.
How accurate is the room reading?
Good enough to size kit, not good enough to order brackets. If there's a scale bar or a dimension on the plan it'll be close. From photos alone it's an estimate, and we label it as one. Every number is yours to change before you send it.
I picked a brand. Are you tied to it?
No. We're partners with all the brands listed, so we've no reason to push one over another. If your standard is Teams and Logitech, we'll work to it. If you say no preference, we'll tell you what we'd fit in our own office.
We've forty rooms, not one. Does this still help?
Yes, and it's the case we know best. Do one room that's typical of the estate, tell us how many there are, and we'll come back with the standard, the rollout plan and what it costs per room.
