LearnUpon: a hybrid-ready HQ, 22 rooms and a town hall.
When LearnUpon moved into its new Dublin HQ on Hatch Street, it wanted a workplace built for hybrid working from day one. THINK designed and delivered the AV throughout: 22 Zoom Rooms to one standard, and a town hall built for up to 100 people.

the brief
LearnUpon's new headquarters was designed to bring teams together in person while keeping them close to colleagues worldwide. The AV had to match that ambition. The brief went past screens and cameras. Every room had to feel the same to use, hold up for daily meetings, large town halls and hybrid broadcasts, and need no technical know-how to run. Twenty-two rooms of different sizes, one town hall for up to 100 people, and one consistent experience across all of it.
the challenge
Twenty-two meeting rooms, from small huddle spaces to large collaboration areas, all had to behave the same way. Staff move between rooms all day, so anyone should be able to walk in and start a call without a second thought. The town hall set a different problem: professional presentation, live streaming and clear audio for a room of 100, with people dialling in from anywhere.

22 rooms, one experience.
Across the 22 rooms we deployed a single Zoom Rooms ecosystem built on standardised hardware: NEAT video bars, pads and scheduling panels, LG commercial displays, and tidy, discreet cabling throughout. Every room offers a native Zoom Rooms experience with one-touch join. Because the rooms all work the same way, training is minimal, people actually use them, and the whole estate is simple to manage.
the town hall
A room built for 100.
The town hall is the centrepiece. It carries all-hands meetings, training, hybrid presentations and live broadcasts. Dual 98-inch LG displays form the main canvas, with four 65-inch repeater screens so everyone in the room can see. A Crestron speaker system fills the space and a Shure audio ecosystem handles voice pickup and processing, so people in the room and people at home hear each other clearly. Several Aver auto-tracking cameras follow whoever is presenting and switch angles on their own, ready for livestreams and webinars. The whole room runs from one control interface, so LearnUpon's team can run an event without specialist support.
the result
LearnUpon now runs on one AV standard. Twenty-two rooms that behave identically, a 100-person town hall built for proper presentations and broadcasts, and audio and video the team can rely on. The controls are simple enough that staff run their own meetings, and the setup has room to grow as the company does.
